Read before purchasing

Overview

All sales are final. Midnight Cat Shop reserves the right to refuse service.

Physical Items

Due to the the pandemic I am not accepting returns on physical items at this time.

Currently, I am only shipping physical items within the U.S. All items are include tracked shipping. If you have a question about your tracking number please contact me.

I get notified when packages are delivered but if in the event your package gets lost I recommend contacting your local post office first before contacting me. In most cases, your local post office will have the latest update on your package.

Only for physical items please contact me about cancellations within 24 hours.

Digital Items

For digital items I do not accept any returns, cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Customers receive digital items instantly upon purchase. Because of this all digital sales are final.

All digital items are created by scratch. I do not use pre made templates for any of my digital creations. All work is trademarked. Unless you are a professional entity and we have a signed agreement, customers are not allowed to use my digital creations for any commercial use, print them for mass distribution or pass them off as their own work. Customers may use my digital work for personal use only. By purchasing and/or downloading you are agreeing to this. Creators are not allowed to copy, imitate or pass my work off as their own in any way. All work is trademarked.

Made to Order Items

Made to order digital items fall under this same policy since it does take me time to create and send clients proofs of their purchase. If the client cancels the project once it is already started, only half of a refund will be returned. If a client wants to cancel a purchase before a project is started please contact me as soon as possible.

Other Notes

In the past I have had people contact me directly on Instagram asking if I give items away for free to influencers. While I do not give items away for free I have done small Instagram giveaways in the past. Giveaways are extremely rare on my Instagram page but follow if you want to get the latest updates about new items arriving in the shop.
